When you are a Zenegy customer, you must be associated with a subscription. It is the subscription that determines which functions are available. You get an overview of your subscription by clicking My company > Subscription.
Here you will find two menu items Subscription and Invoices , both of which are explained on this page.
Subscription - overview of Zenegy subscriptions and our calculation model
In Zenegy, you have a flexible subscription, which is calculated based on:
- Which modules you have had this month.
- How many employees you have.
- How many have you run salary on.
You therefore do not pay a fixed monthly amount to use Zenegy, but a variable amount which is linked to your use of the system.
By clicking on My company > Subscription > Subscription, you get an overview of the various modules you are associated with and you have the option to manage them.
We briefly run through the individual modules below. You should be aware that the prices on the page are stated without VAT.
Zenegy - Basic subscription
This subscription is necessary to run payroll in Zenegy. It costs DKK 20 per month per employee who receives a salary.
Price example for the 14-day salary:
If you have a 14-day salary employee, you typically have two payslips in a month, but it is not the number of payslips that determines the price, so you still only pay DKK 20 for the two salary payments in one month.
Price example where you do not pay wages to all employees on the payroll:
If you have 10 employees, where you only pay wages to the 8 one month, it will cost you 8 x DKK 20 = DKK 160 that month.
Zenegy - Two-factor login
If you want to increase the security of your employees' login in Zenegy, you can opt for two-factor login. This means that the employee must use an additional code when logging in, just like when using NemID for the public sector.
The module is free, because customer security is so important to us, and we recommend adding this solution to increase security.
See more about setting up ourtwo-factor logind.
Zenegy - Integration for e-Boks
If you want your employees to receive their payslips in e-Boks, you can opt for our integration for e-Boks. It costs DKK 3 per pay slip, which is sent to e-box.
If not all employees want it sent to e-box, you can remove the sending from the individual employee by clicking on Employees, clicking on the employee 's Employment and unchecking the Receive payslips in e-Box box .
Zenegy - HR module
If you want to make use of our HR functionalities, you can opt for the HR module. The module costs DKK 15 per active employee per month. You can read more about the possibilities in ourHR functions.
Price example:
You have 20 employees, but only 15 are paid. However, it is still the 20 employees who are active, and therefore you pay 20 x DKK 15 = DKK 300 per month.
Zenegy - Denmark's Statistics
If you need to report salary statistics or absence statistics to Denmark's Statistics, you can opt for the Denmark's Statistics module. The module is also used for Economic statistics and absence statistics for DA.
It is completely free to use our reporting to Denmark's statistics.
